Armour Class Calculations

Your total Armour Class is equal to the equipment of your Attire

UNARMORED = 0-4 AC

  • advantage on Dodge
  • Mage Armour: Add doubled Spellcasting Modifier to AC
  • MONKS: Add doubled WIS Modifier to AC
  • BARBS: Add doubled CON Modifier to AC
    • can add either STR or DEX modifier to Block Reaction

LIGHT ARMOUR = 5-9 AC

  • advantage on Dodge

MEDIUM ARMOUR = 10-14 AC

HEAVY ARMOUR = 15-19 AC

  • disadvantage on Dodge
  • dis on stealth if two or more have the noisy’ tag

Armour Class Modifiers

When you choose to use the BLOCK reaction your AC increases based on your Armaments:

  • UNARMED: +1 (if trained can use unarmed dmg roll, eg: 1d4 for each hand as a lvl 1 Monk)
  • WEAPON: roll xdy dmg dice (eg. rapier +1d8)
  • SHIELD:
    • Buckler +3 (counts as free hand)
    • Round Shield +4
    • Kite Shield +5 (light armour cannot grant adv on Dodge)
    • Tower Shield +6 (dis dodge)
  • SHIELD SPELL: +5 (+1/2SL)
